Terms of Use
Last updated: September 22, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Travel FareX website (the "Site") and our travel concierge services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of this Site and our services immediately.
2. Nature of Our Service
Travel FareX operates as an independent travel-planning, concierge, and lead-generation service. We assist travelers by collecting trip parameters and connecting them with independent, third-party travel specialists, consolidation partners, cruise operators, and travel suppliers who design and fulfill travel itineraries.
Travel FareX does not directly issue airline tickets, operate cruise ships or ocean liners, operate hotels or tours, or store funds for reservations. All actual travel contracts, bookings, ticket issuance, cabin assignments, and payment settlements are executed directly with or through third-party travel suppliers, cruise lines, and fulfillment partners.
3. Trip Requests & Non-Binding Inquiries
Submitting a trip inquiry or request through our online forms, phone lines (+1 (603) 699-0904), or email does not constitute a confirmed booking or reservation, nor does it guarantee pricing, stateroom availability, or flight schedules.
- Pricing & Availability: All flight fares, cruise fares, stateroom categories, hotel rates, package prices, and sailing itineraries quoted during preliminary communications are subject to real-time availability and supplier price fluctuations until final booking confirmation and payment processing are completed.
- No Obligation: Submitting a request creates no legal obligation for you to purchase or for Travel FareX to fulfill travel services until formal confirmation documents are issued by the relevant travel supplier or cruise line.
4. Cancellation, Refund, and Revision Policy
A. Cancellations & Change Requests
All cancellation, date-change, routing-change, stateroom-upgrade/downgrade, and passenger-name-correction requests must be submitted in writing to support@travelfarex.com or by calling customer service at +1 (603) 699-0904.
- Request Processing: Cancellation and change requests are processed during business hours and are only effective upon written confirmation from Travel FareX or the fulfilling travel supplier or cruise operator.
- Supplier & Cruise Line Policies Rule: All cancellations, modifications, deposit forfeitures, and refunds are strictly governed by the individual tariffs, rules, and terms of the third-party suppliers (e.g., cruise lines, airlines, hotel chains, tour operators) handling your reservation.
B. Cruise Bookings & Shore Excursions
- Cruise Cancellation Schedules: Cruise line cancellations are governed by strict milestone tiers (e.g., 90+, 60–89, 30–59, and under 30 days prior to embarkation). Cancellation fees increase as the departure date approaches, up to 100% of the total cruise fare (including deposit forfeiture).
- Non-Refundable Deposits: Many cruise fares (e.g., promotional or early-booking tiers) carry non-refundable deposits or non-refundable cruise line credits upon cancellation.
- Shore Excursions & Onboard Packages: Shore excursions, specialty dining, spa treatments, and beverage packages purchased through cruise lines are subject to the specific cancellation deadlines of the respective cruise operator.
- Port Changes & Itinerary Alterations: Cruise lines reserve the right to modify cruise itineraries, alter ports of call, skip ports due to weather/navigation hazards, or substitute ships without prior notice. Travel FareX is not responsible for itinerary modifications initiated by cruise operators.
C. Airline Tickets & Flight Bookings
- Non-Refundable Fares: The vast majority of discounted airline tickets, promotional consolidation fares, and restricted tickets are 100% non-refundable and non-transferable once issued.
- 24-Hour Cancellation Rule (US Flights): For eligible flights booked at least 7 days prior to departure, you may cancel your reservation within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund without penalty, subject to airline policy and any non-refundable service fees.
- Airline Change/Cancellation Fees: If an airline permits ticket changes or cancellations for future travel credit, you will be responsible for: (1) Airline-imposed cancellation or change fees (ranging from $100 to $400+ per ticket depending on the fare class and route); (2) Any difference in airfare between the original ticket and the new flight schedule; (3) Travel FareX administrative processing fees ($50 – $100 per ticket) for handling manual exchanges or cancellations.
D. Hotel, Tour, and Land Packages
- Cancellation Windows: Hotel and tour cancellation deadlines vary by property and provider. Specific cancellation rules, deadlines, and penalty amounts will be clearly disclosed on your booking confirmation document prior to payment.
- No-Shows & Early Departures: Unused hotel nights, missed tour segments, missed ship embarkations, or early departures are completely non-refundable.
E. Refunds & Processing Timelines
- Refund Eligibility: Refunds are issued strictly in accordance with third-party supplier and cruise line approvals. If a supplier or cruise operator denies a refund request, Travel FareX cannot override supplier decisions.
- Processing Time: Approved refunds typically take 7 to 14 business days to process back to your original payment method, depending on the supplier's settlement cycle and your financial institution's processing timeline.
- Non-Refundable Administrative & Concierge Fees: All Travel FareX planning, concierge, booking management, and agency service fees are non-refundable, regardless of whether the travel itinerary or cruise is ultimately canceled by the traveler, airline, or cruise line.
F. Travel Schedule Changes, Cancellations & Delays
- Supplier Involuntary Changes: Travel FareX is not responsible for involuntary flight schedule changes, flight delays, flight cancellations, equipment swaps, cruise itinerary modifications, port cancellations, missed ship embarkations due to flight delays, or missed connections initiated by airlines or travel/cruise operators.
- Travel Protection Recommendation: We strongly encourage all travelers to purchase comprehensive third-party Travel & Cruise Insurance (including coverage for trip cancellation, interruption, trip delay, missed connection, emergency medical evacuation, and luggage loss) at the time of booking to protect against unexpected disruptions.
5. Third-Party Travel Suppliers & Cruise Lines
All cruise lines, airlines, hotels, river cruise operators, car rental agencies, tour operators, and destination management companies referenced on this Site or utilized in your travel itinerary are independent contractors and are not agents, employees, or partners of Travel FareX.
- Supplier Rules & Terms: Each supplier and cruise line maintains its own passenger contract, terms, conditions, cancellation policies, boarding requirements, and baggage rules. You agree to abide by the rules and restrictions of any supplier or cruise line you elect to convey business to.
- No Responsibility for Supplier Acts: Travel FareX assumes no responsibility and shall not be held liable for any acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, negligence, or delays of any third-party travel supplier or cruise line, or for any personal injury, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting therefrom.

C. Maximum Aggregate Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL TRAVEL FAREX'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY EXCEED THE TOTAL FEES RECEIVED BY TRAVEL FAREX DIRECTLY FROM YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100.00 USD), WHICHEVER IS LESS.
8. Travel Documentation & Cruise Boarding Compliance
It is the sole responsibility of the traveler to ensure that all travel documentation—including valid passports (often required to be valid for at least 6 months past your cruise return date), visas, transit visas, re-entry permits, health certificates, vaccinations, and cruise embarkation forms—is current, valid, and compliant with the laws of every country, port of call, and transit point in your itinerary. Travel FareX is not liable for any denied boarding at airports or cruise terminals, entry refusal at ports of call, fines, or expenses incurred due to non-compliance with travel and immigration regulations.
